For virtual training sessions, you will need an exercise mat, resistance bands, and free weights.
An individual session is £75 per hour. I also offer a 12 hour package for £780 (£120 saving).
I train my clients at my private studio based in Whetstone, North London, N20 0XZ.
My business hours are 9am - 6pm Monday - Saturday. However, if you have a special request, please get in touch.

There is no fitness requirement or age restriction. Functional Patterns accommodates people of all fitness levels. Functional Patterns works for children all the way up to people who are 90+ years old.
Results will vary depending on your original starting point. However, with consistency and dedication most clients start to see positive changes within a few weeks. I will work with you to set realistic goals depending on your initial starting level.
We use a combination of posture pictures and movement videos to track your progress. You’ll be able to see visible, tangible differences in your body when you compare the images and videos side by side after training in Functional Patterns.
The introductory session is 2 hours long. During that time we will do a Q and A to allow me to learn more about your challenges, a posture assessment and a movement assessment. Based on the findings from the discussion and assessments, we’ll do exercises that are specifically designed to tackle your challenges and give you an experience of Functional Patterns. Following the session, we’ll have a discussion about what your next steps forward are. After the consultation, regular sessions typically run between 1-2 hours based on your needs.
When working together, it’s important for me to be able to see the face, head and neck, as much of the torso as possible, the legs and feet. Men usually just wear a pair of shorts and women tend to wear shorts with a crop top / sports vest. Long hair needs to be tied up on the head. The workouts are completed barefoot - the gym space has comfortable, supportive gym flooring.
